Blackeyed susans, asters, prairie grass, and a bit of blue sky. Walking across the meadow one finds depressions where deer have slept, then is aware of life at every level – bugs, birds, beatles, bees… Hidden in the thickets are rabbits, possoms, raccoons. Someone saw a cougar in the area.
You out did me on this one Dave – very nice perspective and the kind of angle that's achievable and the results show in this image. I don't relish the “bug bites” aftermath though.
