Looks like east-bound on 9th Avenue between Constitution and Congress Streets. You DO get out in the most unsavory weather, Dave, so we don't have to. I like the story told by the S tracks.

Oh winter how I loath thee. Great capture, very winter representative.

As Roger has said, those tracks really tell a little story of their own! Very well seen and coldly presented.

Neat perspective from “right of the center” without a tripod, in light of the oncoming headlamps.

About Prairie Dust

This is a photographer’s journal of midwestern images, mostly recorded in the eastern half of Kansas. In the mix, you’ll find small towns, ghost towns, industry, a little history….. whatever is interesting along the way.

I hope this feels like home to you.

Dave
