In Winfield even the rougher buildings are picturesque. Above, a set of draped windows against a red painted brick wall and the top landing of an iron staircase. The blue sky reflected in the glass adds some extra color. Even the hardware store’s second floor windows are stained glass. Whoof! This is a pretty city and the people are some of the friendliest I’ve met.
