The tiny Cozy Inn burger joint in Salina has been serving up hamburgers for more than 80 years. It’s something of an institution in the area. I’ve been eating cozies since I was little, and my brothers worked the grill. The hamburgers are small blobs of beef and onion on a bun, very “fragrant”. Take a sack home in your car and you’ll smell them for the next couple weeks. Last time I visited the place the hamburgers were soggy and not as good as usual. Doesn’t sound like much of a commercial, but really: when they’re in the groove the things are great.
