The Carnegie Cultural Center – Ottawa

Built in 1903, this handsome building was originally a Carnegie Library. Both this and the Franklin County Courthouse, just a block north, were designed by Kansas architect George P. Washburn. Ottawa now hosts an art gallery and cultural events in the center.
