I've been on many roads similar to this in northern Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma. A person finds some interesting things. Exceptional image.
Love this photo! Wabaunsee County, of course, is a favorite of mine. I have traveled, bumping along, on these type of roads… not maintained with a 4 X 4 off the road truck. There is a road similiiar to the one in this photo called Coldwater (one of the many). Beautiful countryside!
