White City, Kansas – Every town has a character or two who add some color and fun to the mix. When I met Earl in front of the Huskie Hometown Market (grocery store) of White City I was prety sure he was one of those guys. The LED headlights, Alaska Trooper badge on the hat, wired for radio headset, and ready-to-visit friendliness left me feeling welcome and a bit entertained.
