Dave’s practical survival tips for woodland trails:
1. If you suspect you’re one of the first on the trail that day you should invite someone taller than you along for the walk. Ask him lead the way. That will clear up most of the hard-to-see spider webs.
2. If you find yourself in desparate need of food there are edible beetles found in the fallen timbers, but a cheeseburger and french fries are usually available in the closest town.
