I’ve passed by this site just outside Silica in Rice County, Kansas for years but never stopped for a picture. Today, though, as I was whizzing down the highway toward home I did decide to turn around and do a few photographs. I don’t get out that way as often as I used to, and it looks like a stiff wind would be the end of it. So, this may have been my last chance.
